Planning; Budgeting & Forecasting P/H/E Value Creation

• Helping the BU leader to build a business plan of his strategy and work together to achieve the goals and to pilote on a monthly basis his activity.

• Influencing and driving the strategic decisions in the company with an accurate budgeting of P/H/E value creation.

• Leading, developing and securing the Business Forecasting competence to the business team for analysis & understanding of performance and for optimized decision-making.

P/H/E Performance management & Reporting

• Enlightening the business decision, by using financial and extra-financial real time data, on the day to day business cases.

• Aligning with the country strategy, ability to translate business needs into financial and extra-financial consequences and solutions.

• Providing user-friendly business information to allow for analysis, understanding of P/H/E performance and for making optimized decisions in short and medium term.

• Playing an active role in risk management with your BU leader.

Decision support for P/H/E Value Creation 

• Making modeling for facilitating the decision-making process.

• Preparing the business for the future with the trusted business advisories.

• Identifying and understanding business challenges; propose and create solutions by embracing innovation, new technologies and market dynamics.
